There are only 37 spaces available in the Indoor Fine Arts section, 56 spaces in the outdoor fine arts and 75 spaces in the outdoor Arts and Crafts. Any item bought and artistically embellished (such as hand-strung jewelry, commercial molds, clothing, etc. will not be considered for the Fine Arts section. These works will be juried into the Arts and Crafts category. Photographs of the artist at each step of the process must be uploaded (plus one of the display booth) as requested in the Application Reply Form. Artists’ bios are also required. In order to maintain a free event, the Denton Festival Foundation requires a 10% donation from all vendors (after expenses). This payment is due by June 30th following the event. Returning vendors will not be guaranteed booth space after January 1st.The City of Denton requires a $75.00 Vendor Permit Fee from each vendor exhibiting in Quakertown Park. This fee will be collected by us and paid to the City directly.
