Fine Arts Vendor Payment & Application

Payment

Indoor Fine Arts (10′ X 10′ space) — $450.00 – located inside Exhibit Hall – 50 spaces available
(All entries must be original and handcrafted by exhibitor – inquire for pricing information)

Indoor Crafts  (10′ X 10′ space) — $400.00 – located inside Bingo Hall – 12 spaces available

Outdoor Crafts (10′ X 10′ space) – $350.00 – located outside Bingo Hall in the front field just inside the main gate – 40 spaces available


Outdoor Crafts (10′ X 10′ space) – $350.00 – located in the north fairgrounds near the Main Stage.

(all entries must be original or hand crafted/ not commercial or secondhand sales)

DO NOT SEND A REPRESENTATIVE FOR YOUR BOOTH: The artist/craftsman who is accepted must represent their own booth.

SHARING BOOTH SPACE: If any two or more exhibitors share a booth, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per exhibitor. All of the exhibitors will juried separately and names must be on accompanying application.


NOTE: Any item bought and artistically embellished, such as hand strung jewelry, commercial molds, clothes, etc. will not be considered fine art or fine crafts. These works will be juried in the arts and crafts category.


Food (10X10 outdoor space)
Food booths are located throughout the park and pricing depends on location. PLEASE NOTE: Returning vendors are given until April 1st to reclaim their booth space. At that time we will begin to fill openings using requests that have previously come in. Each request received is dated and will be considered based on the type of opening that is available. We take great care to limit the number of vendors at the event offering the same or similar items so your understanding is appreciated. Submitting a request is NOT applying for the event. The request will be filed and this is the list we pull from when filling available openings.

Food Truck/Trailer (spaces vary in size and location) – $800.00


Game/Activity (10′ X 10′ outdoor space) – $550.00
(Any activity that involves the sale of items or fee for activity or game.)

Commercial  (10′ X 10′ outdoor space) – $550.00


Information (10′ X 10′ outdoor space) No Sales/Info only – $200.00 (Nonprofit Organizations Only)
